Pic I FINALLY finished for 's Christmas Ball.
You guys have NO IDEA how long it took me just to make those french doors! Not to mention trying to finish this while working overtime at my job and juggling college. But I'm glad for the extention, it gave me time to finish this holiday piece...be it late for the Christmas holiday. Happy Belated Christmas!
I am also amused by the fact that I used @'s to decorate the doors. LOL
Magnus and Rose join the holiday festivities, but upon their arrival, they find Cecille had wandered from the party and was now alone peering out the beautiful french doors at the winter wonderland just beyond the chilled glass. Being the gentleman that he is, Magnus offers to escort Cecille back to the party, stating his gratitude for the invite and that a lovely young lady should't wander alone.
Rose doesn't mind either, since Cecille is the hostess of the party, and she knows how Magnus is when it comes to chivalry and honor. Cecille is flattered and thanks Magnus for the gracious compliments and accepts his escort offer.
Cecille and Rose are decked out in the classic holiday Red, Green and White. I always loved clothes that have the fluffy furry trim. Magnus is dressed in his best party tuxedo with gemmed buttons and cufflinks. Only the most dashing of Master Thieves would dress so well.

Ruby: Oh yes, its nice to go to one of these once in a while, although Umbra is having trouble wearing a suit *points over by the buffet table*
Umbra: *Constantly pulling at his collar with his finger like it was strangling him*

"Poor dear," Rose giggled. "Too bad, he looks so handsome in a suit.but its still a party, and he should try and enjoy himself."
"Let me go chat with Umbra," Magnus chuckled. "If you will excuse me ladies."
*Walks over to the table and pours some passion fruit punch*
"Quite an event, my friend," Magnus smiled. "You should relax a little. The collar and tie is only for one night."

"Yeah I know, but to be honest I only came to this thing for Ruby" Umbra sighed and picked up a meat ball from the table. "She wanted to go somewhere nice so I agreed with her. Rej and Lunas are having their own party at home" he grumbled.
*Meanwhile*
Lunas, Chloe and Lullaby were watching Rej chug down a barrel of oil while chanting
"Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug!"
*Back at the party*
"I wonder what they're doing?" wondered Umbra

"I'm sure they are enjoying the holiday in thier own way," Magnus chuckled. "But getting to go to a fancy party like this once in a while isn't so bad. try to mingle and take your mind off your discomfort for a while. We are here for the sake of our ladies, and we owe it to them to enjoy themselves."

Umbra thought about it and ate the meatball "Hmm well I guess the food is good" he smiled a little "I'll bring some with us, see if the girls would like some" he got a plate and placed a couple of the finger foods on it.

"Sounds like a good idea," Magnus nodded and picked up a small tray with a few cups of the punch. "Let's show them a fanciful evening. Rose does think the tuxedo is quite becoming on you."

Umbra grinned "She does, does she? Well her dress looks good as well, but I think thats more to do with her than the dress itself" he chuckled as they went back to the girls.

"Yes, she does know how to pick her dresses," Magnus smirked. "You'd think she was trying to tempt me."

"Tempt you? My friend that ship has sailed, you were past tempted a long time ago" Umbra chuckled and nudged him.

"How right you are," Magnus laughed.

"Hey girls" Umbra greeted the two "Meatball?" he offered the plate. Ruby nodded "Sure" and she picked one.

"Thank you Umbra, dear," Rose smiled and accepted the meatball. "You look very handsome in your suit. You should dress like that more often." She winks playfully.
"A drink, ladies?" Magnus offered the passion fruit punch.

Ruby nodded and accepted the drink "Heres to a Happy New Year" she raised her glass. Umbra took a glass and did the same

"And to more great adventures together," Rose added with a smile, raising her glass.
"Cheers!" Magnus nodded and completed the toast.

It's been a while since we last saw Magnus-san and Rose-san - good to see them again! And with a new character from another fellow deviant too!
