The Doctor has "snogged" just about every modern compainion. (Yes, I'm including Rory.)
Doctor Whooves is based on the Tenth Doctor, who's gotten the most action of the three young modern Doctors.
So, this is actually kinda normal if you think abot it long enough.
Side note : Not every companion is Rose, get over it.

I know every companion is not Rose. It's just extremely hard to see the doctor as a pony doing this. And what does "snogged" mean? (sorry I am the most stupid person in the world.) And doctor whooves doesn't really know what incarnation he is, according to the sources I've read.
