No, it's not Sephiroth! LOL This is Yuri Petrov (aka Lunatic) from Tiger & Bunny!

I can't express how much he reminds me of Sephiroth! lol
Hmm... I think that's where Sephy went to hide after disappearing in the lifestream: the Tiger/Bunny universe! LOL he just got contacts, a new haircut, suit and voila! Yuri!
His flame power is also the same color as mako energy. Coincidence??
