Description Now, THIS took bloody ages... couldnt get his plating shaded quite right, and still isnt in some places...

But after many hours of procrastination (not doing what I am supposed to; this) I have finally finished...
ALSO; This one has no black lines in - go on, zoom in and try and find them because THEY ARE NOT THERE

So, this is Napther when he was quite a lot younger - he is roughly the same composition now as he was back then, except larger (and more hungry)

The Grass was done by ME... the Sky was a edited image off the Interwebs... I do not own (most) of that sky image.

Napther (C) me, SavagingDragon

Wow, the style of shading in this is wonderful!
I like that shine that comes off of his neck plates, gives more real to it.
His head looks slightly more large for his neck to hold though, but he really has that hatchling look. All eager lookin'.
His hind leg that's not entirely visible has one problem. The knee cap looks much more lower than his exposed hind leg.
Now for wings, they're always so troublesome for me, though I did find a very simple, but a great tutorial that greatly improved my wings. I'll find it in a second.
You may also want to start making his wing membranes look more, I guess more membrane? It's better than just plain shading.
Another thing is the finger-part of his wing, they looks very small compared to the rest of his wing bones.
He also looks like he only has one wing.
And if you ever try to do another drawing similar to this, try to add teeth.
Though you have really improved in shading. Well done.

Yes, wings are now looking the odd-one-out in my pictures...
(AND DAMMIT I ALWAYS FORGET OTHER SIDE WING)
that being said, I think the head is the right size, it will change as it grows to a smaller proportion, I guess that was Minecraft that told me that...
I didnt add teeth to him so he would look more cute and cuddly, as people like that instead of a hatchling looking like it wants to tear you to pieces...

But what do you think of the Grass and the background? took ages all that grass (*cough*, copy and pasted segments ,*cough*...)

The patterns you used on the grass is pretty decent, though it looks 2-D.
The clouds look like all you did was just sway the brush everywhere too. When I still used a tablet, I did find a very helpful tutorial for the sky. [link]

Yeah, I will need to work on Grass, but at least it doesnt look like [link] anymore...

I have no clue how to make grass 3 dimensional...
And thanks for the tutorial, Although, the background is a Stock image, I didnt draw it myself.

What a big change lol.
I have no idea either, all I can say is just look at how other people shade grass.
