water colour and pasteli know the outfit looks strange to call her empress but this is because of i am influenced by oriental culture...japanese, chinese...etc.
and also i was trying to draw very strange but shocking style on hair and clothes and decorations and things. i kind of liked it (at least) so decided to submit to DA!

i know...in fact, in my technique, drawing cloud is too hard so i just use water colour in soaked paper or smudge with pastel in random and hope that they are going to look good (^_^)...notion of tryal and error haha
