water coulour and pastelanother angel musician...i told you i cant stop...heheee
with a weired instrunment...its meant to be a kind of violin
but problem is im not a musician so dunnno how the propper violin looks like!

it's reeeeaaaaaally beautiful. I mean BEAUTIFUL!!! And the violin looks good considering you not knowing what a "proper violin" looks like (i play violin).
I really like the wings. it's like they're there, but when you look at the body they're not there, in a way. I'll stop now, I'm confusing myself!

Pastel as in chalk pastel? Doesn't look like oils. Could be water soluble oils...
Anyway, beautiful colour and pose, who said angels have to use human violins? ^_~

yes, it is not oil pastel...i'm hopeless using that one. just use the pastel chipped off by knife, and smudge over the water colour
and thanx to coments on instrunments...i was worried that some kind of musician was going to criticise that weired thing as not violin...

*laughs* I hate oil pastels too! But the water soluble ones are alright... I went through a phase of doing chalky pastel drawings and smudging them using a tiny worn-out oilpainting brush... I was never EVER good at watercolours though.
About the violin: just make up an instrument name... "Angelin" or something... if it's your creation, who can complain? ^_~

thanks for comment...well, as it says, i used water colour and pastel
character and base back ground in water colour and use pastel to make more contrast in back ground
i like the way that pastel creates atmosphere like in a dream~ it works well with water coulour (^_^)
