Your apprentice sucks. Look how un-badass he looks. That's like.. 95% of what a ninja is. Looking bad-ass.
You need to strap on some sharp metal things to him mayhaps.
And replace the happy plastic eyes with glowing red plastic eyes.

You just described perfect Ninja material. He cannot stand out for that is the opposite of what a Ninja must do. someone with glowing red eyes and spikes would stick out a mile in the corporate world where his business lies

well they can glow when he feels particularly evil.. when he's alone at home watching tv.
As for the spikes.. hell they can be scrapped. But the happy.. He can;t be happy ._. nobody would take him seriously.
