Whew! Took me long enough, but at long last, the Mega Man 6 crew has finally been drawn and coloured up in the Smash Bros style! (Wii-U/3DS and Ultimate)

So development history behind this - I had attempted to sketch the cast in my copy of Photoshop CS4 until the laptop I had at the time stopped functioning and I had to get a new laptop with a working copy of Photoshop CS4. Eventually I did in 2018, but I had mostly gotten accustomed to FireAlpaca.

I had the Photoshop file of this picture lying around for about 6 years, never to touch it again until I found enthusiasm again, which I did in the form of the Mega Man streams with RecD on Twitch!!

This set certainly had been extremely daunting, between the adding of VARIOUS colours, extra details that had not been a result of mimicking the Smash Bros. style. (looking at you, Tomahawk Man.) Not one of these robot masters had been easy to do, so to speak, as there had been finer details to their design that made them more involved in the work.

It feels really good seeing this to completion - I don't see myself tackling the robot masters in later games in this way, but that could very well change! We shall see.
