Meet the 2013 version Ottsel Scaler also going to be used for something of the Chaos prodject im thinking of for him (which i will continue thinking of soon)
any ways heres the details

Hight 4FT 0.5in (feet to head not ears)
fur colors: dark saphier for hair and tip of ear and tail, orange red for the rest of his body, tan for his underbelly, tail and toes, gold for tips of his hair.

haves black rings on eyes (like for all his forms).
eye color are ice blue or green blue.

is abit chubby but hardly notice able.
(big not the white parts of his clothing are ment to be white not blue for all his forms that have this clothing please keep in mind)

wears jeans dont have to all the time

haves a lighting bolt emeblem and a dubble arrow for speed thats blue next to his lightning bolt on the other side of his coat and red on the bottem of his jacket ( they look like this << )

soooooooooooo tell me what you think of this newest update and if i should keep going for his other forms as well so see you next new update
