PonyIsland is running their annual birthday celebration, which includes an art contest! The theme for their 19th Birthday is Opulently Opal. I had a really awesome time developing this concept and picking out what I wanted to have that delicious gemstone flair. I ended up with 19 opals on the fountain, 19 opal tiles on the dance floor, and an opal staircase with 19 steps (plus a bonus 19 roses in the decorative vases). Both Torielle and DyzzieDoll 's Veil Nebula have opal accented jewelry as well.

I have to say, this is probably my favourite piece so far. Even though architecture and perspectives are by no means my strong suit, I had a ton of fun and I think it turned our incredible. I am so pleased with the illustrative feel, and that's something I hope to continue capturing as we make our way through 2023!
