Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals.The paranormal is often blamed for evil... but some of the most heinous acts, are perpetrated by mankind.
Raven: A daughter of the demon Trigon, Raven seeks to atone for the sins of her father by doing good with the Teen Titans.
Alex Mercer: A man merged with a virus, Alex Mercer has completely left his humanity behind, and seeks to do the same to the rest of the world.
Now these two will meet on the field of battle in a classic match of good versus evil. Will Raven's magic be enough to overcome Mercer's strength and regenerations? And can Mercer harm a girl in possession of demonic magic and mental might? When the fight is over, we'll have our answer, and we'll have--
THE DEADLIEST MORTAL!
Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.

Raven has better Pre-Battle, Long/Mid Range, Mental Attacks / Empathy Manipulation, Defense, and takes the Preparation, Psychological, and Energy Potential X-Factors.
Mercer has better Close Range, Devastators & Absorption, and takes the Physical and Mental X-Factors.

I say this because James Heller has the same powers, as Alex Mercer and he used his powers for good purpose.

As much as I like Raven, Mercer would win the physical fight. But the effects of Mercer consuming Raven are scary to think about. I'm thinking some kind of hideously powerful fusion of Raven and Mercer, some entirely new monster that is equal parts Mercer and Evil!Raven. Given Raven's anger issues and demonic nature, I'm sure the end result would count as "the deadliest" but I doubt it would still count as "mortal" at that point.

Idk man, this is just freaking nuts, I mean, if he got up close and personal Alex would get the win in a heart beat but I'm curious to see what would happen if the so called ultimate virus inside him tried to absorb a demon exactly what would happen, I'm not sure Mercer's body could handle taking in the power of the one and only daughter of Trigon

Well the thing is i think, thet ravens power is magic... wich is tide to her soul... not body. so when alex absorbes her he wulde just take her body not her soul as well her magic... i think.

Bull rush is kinda his usual openning strategy but he is very smart the problem being Raven is smarter, for the better half of 14 years Raven did 1 of 2 things, read and meditate, she is overly intelligent

sure. But for how long? he dident win against blackwatch and leizabeth green for just rushing in like a idiot. No he adopted fast. Thet wha the is. adoptiliti and evolution personified. When he get at a wall he evolves a solution for it. And lets not forget he is mobile like a winged chetah on steroids. And redbull.

He can adapt but he's no Doomsday we don't know the extent of his adaptive abilities, so there's no way to know if he can adapt against real magic, and Raven unchained by morals like in a death battle could wipe a city clean in less than a day there is nothing stopping Raven from doing to mercer what she was going to do to Doctor light

Sure but so can a nuke... yet mercer survived it. and marcer has 1000-10000 people in his head... do you realy think he has any fear at all in him?
and he dosent need to adapt to real magic... just how to go around it and take raven out. who said thet he needs to absorb her? need just to kill her.

Yes but he would want to absorb her to know what power she was using for future reference then her soul self would activate wipe his mind and everyone else's inside him and give Raven a perfe body that even Trigon would be jealous of

as much as i like raven, murcer would destroy her.
raven is more or less limited to throwing things at him (easy to dodge and wont do much but slow him down if they do hit) or grabing him with her energy (all alex would have to do to break that is let off one of this big attacks, forget what their called). plus alex can use hostages if their is any around.
i cant see raven winning this.
