Description
Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals.(Just because the image if from the Teen Titans Cartoon, Raven does have access to all of her comic powers and abilities)
Raven: Magical expert of the Teen Titans, Raven is calm individual who must control her emotions to reign in her powers. Over the years, despite being the daughter of a terrible demon, Raven has made herself into a true hero.
Ghost Rider: The Spirit of Vengeance, the Rider shall ride wherever innocent blood is shed. Combating devils and demons the Rider's fire is God's wrath given form. Should your heart be wicked, there is no where you can run.
Now these two will face each other in the ring. Raven has faced many challenges over the years, but can she take on Spirit of Vengeance? And while the Rider has faced mystical enemies before, will he be able to stand up to Trigon's daughter? Only time will tell as both sides prepare for a hellish magical brawl. Who will win, the Titan or the Rider? It's a battle of DC and Marvel, as we continue the search to find...

Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.

I don't know any information about Ghost Rider, I know Raven well.
This matchup just makes me hunger of information, can you provide me something I should start with to watch a show or gameplay about Ghost Rider?

This isn't a stomp in my opinion. It actually can go either way. Ghost Riders stare won't work as well on Raven in my opinion, because it's primarily empathic, and Ravens empathic powers can theoretically counter it. Plus, her sins were committed mostl while under the control of her father, and the people she did it too weren't exactly innocent, so it isn't exactly her fault, much like how it [The Penace Stare] didn't work as well on the Punsiher. Ghost Rider takes it physically, even if Raven isn't a slouch. Potentionally, they are probably roughly the same. Her soul also can't really be destroyed. I declare this match undecided

well there was just "evil Raven" which was all the evil going around making Trigon babies
then the time when she willingly joined her evil Brothers and sisters but that was a quick flip
then she spent time with Trigon and fought with him and he made a queen of of the Under - RealmsΒ

Either way, especially if you bring The Under Realms into the equation, that would give Raven even more of an advantage because her soul self blocked hellfire from Belial-Etrigan's father.
And has defended herself against comparable pain. Not only that,but she always strived to atone herself. Plus, "guilty" people have survived the Penance Stare before, Deadpool and Punisher. The Deadpool one is even more relevant because he survived due to his insanity.

in both cases of deadpool and Punisher they see all they do as ether not for the greater good or crazy / be plot convince in human form.

but Raven needing to try to atone for he deeds means that it does eat at her

Raven often feels guilt, even concerning her own birth. And no, trying to atone likely would lessen the penance stare. Otherwise every time Ghost Rider looks in a mirror or at any hero it would kill them. The point is while the Penance Stare could be effective, it won't change much.
No, comparing Marvel or DC Hell wouldn't make that much of a difference.
Deadpool and the Punisher surviving is plot, but there is context that's explained and whatever else could be deduced.
Second they are not the only ones who have survived Ghost Rider's stare, innocent or otherwise.
And again, Raven was under the influence of her father and her "Father's blood".
Raven also has endured pain like the Penance Stare and can even induce a similair attack.

he can resist holy and unholy kinds of attacks and he can sense even the tiniest sin in Raven's soul and use the Penance Stare to set her soul ablaze with it

Well she is only half demon & she does have a soul..... so yeah Ghost Rider's penance stare would work.... also his fire is also holy magic my nature, which helpful when fighting shadowy demonic magics.

Well not entirely, her soul is practically indestructible, as it is her soul self that she uses to fight. It gets shattered all the time, and it can still reform. Plus her empathic powers can theoretically counter Ghost Riders Penace Stare. Plus, Raven isn't exactly guilty of many sins because most of her victims are assholes to begin with. Much like how it didn't work on the Punisher

Actually, she blew up Tamaran (killing almost everyone on it) and killed the priest overseeing Nightwing and Starfire's wedding. Raven is no saint, so Ghost Rider has an advantage.

Again, she was in her father's control. Β Yeah the Penance Stare could work, but it would have less of an effect. Β Akin to how it hurt Deadpool and the Punisher, but couldn't finish them off.
