Arkerebos are a small/medium sized creature that is as at home jumping in trees as it is speeding over the ground as they are flexible and sleek, but strong with grasping hands and tails. Omnivorous, curious and high energy, with a normally good disposition. Their need to touch, take, examine, and play can be invasive, with objects frequently going missing or being horded in various places. Often considered burrowing creatures, as their nests can be found in any small crevasse.
Their coats are feathered, with feet, ears and tail tips usually being bare and their colors ranging through any natural tone that can be found in fur, feathers or scales. Males will always have little beards on their jaws, and the females will not, there is otherwise no other dimorphism.
(Their intelligence can range from that of a dog up to that of a 10 year old child or higher if appropriate for usage.)
