I wont lie, he is thinking about it. But there's something holding him back. Something afriad he's afriad to let go of. Thats whats keeping him here. If that desperation continues to flow, he'll keep himself alive. It may be something as vague as "dying", and just losing life in general. Or it may be as detailed as leaving someone you care about behind.
Whatever is is, his life is hanging on it. We can simply pray that he wont let go.
