lol xD ik, i didn't really know the person, but their outfit was excellent, so I asked for a picture.
that costume...oh lord, that was like the first legitimate costume I ever sewed, it was something i threw together from two patterns that were 20 years old, at least. it took me about a week to make and sadly i won't be able to tell you exactally how i made it, partly because it was three years ago and i don't really remember that well, and i lent that costume to a friend and, well, i haven't seen it since xD but try to find a pattern for a longer jacket, something that will come about mid-calf, and follow that, making adjustments if you need to, obviously use black fabric, i recommend something light because you'll get really hot really fast in all those layers, for the white lines i used solid white trim and applied it with stitch witchery (also known as heat n bond)and the pointed embellishments were made of some silvery ribbon i had that i cut into diamond shapes. the shirt is a white dress shirt, easy enough to find, and the skirt is a regular full pleated skirt, which is one of the easiest things to make.

the zero is just so perfect *fangirl squeal* and amazing job on the uniform! what did u use for the little spikes on the trim? im doing a yuuki cosplay soon and my jacket came without them DX.

I used little pieces of sparkly ribbon that i cut out into diamond shapes actually xDD you can use pretty much anything for it
