Description

Struggling to survive in the WasteLand is something everypony experiences at least once- most ponies struggle their entire lives, right up until the moment they die and they have seen their last grey hour set in that Hell-hole they are forced to call 'Home'.
Life out in the Wastes proves even harder when you throw in the multitude of dangerous ponies and creatures alike that are out to get you- for instance, the feared DireWolves out in the eastern corner of Equestria. Huge things with razor sharp claws, steal-like tails, sharp fangs and dripping radioactive venom. Creatures nopony wants to meet, and anypony who does finds themselves possibly without a head, or maybe without their internal organs. DireWolves are fearsome indeed, very hard to kill, and even harder to fight off.

Now you have a few ponies out there who dont give a damn. And here is one of them- MoonApple, she hunts DireWolves for a living and is good at it- having learned her lesson over the years of fighting and killing the things, ever since her first encounter, which thankfully only cost her a leg. DireWolf hunting is an area of expertise she stands alone in, and the payoff for the hides of the beasts is enough to keep a pony going for years.

MoonApple remains undeterred from her dangerous way of life, and in fact- she rather enjoys it.
