I just got an idea and setup the shot. I just got inspired from lovely group #DontGiveUpOnDA (the sparks of hope in chatroom)Ode / gift for #DontGiveUpOnDA
I think these pollen series remind me of series of altar of life. Thanks for inspirations.Asiatic lily pollen series macro was taken from my sister's garden on May 2009. I just fell in love with asiatic lilies.

Do you mean whats the shutter speed that i used and its setting? and /or what lens that i used? I honestly i borrowed my sister's camera which is DSLR Olympus E 410 with Fox Macro with 10 + zoom lens but it took me about several times to took a right picture. Actually i cropped my original image was the flower image to get the right composition. Then i edited a lot using sharpening tool & high pass thru PS3. It was just a lucky shot.
I used 100 ISO
and shutterspeed is about 1/50 (cant recall)
mg pixels: about 12-15.
