It was a late night show, Kindle getting ready for her act. She was a fire breather, it being one of the most dangerous jobs for a performer so it must be done carefully. Right before her own act as she was putting the kerosene in her mouth someone bumped into her. The kerosene spilling all over her outfit, skin, and hair. She had been doing this for years so she didn't think anything would happen. She didn't have time to change and wash it off anyways. Grabbing her torch, she ran up, spitting kerosene into the air after she had held the torch in front of her mouth. She was distracted by the annoying substance in her hair and all over her skin so she didn't aim it correctly, the fire pointing down. Since heat rises, it came up, and due to her kerosene soaked clothing she was ignited in a second. It burning everything that the kerosene had touched. It had burned off her hair, the inside of her mouth, pretty much burning her entire upper body. Being rushed to the hospital as soon as possible so her burns could be treated, most of it was fine. However, the fire had destroyed the inside of her mouth and lips which is why she always wears the bandanna and refuses to take it off. After the accident she obviously couldn't perform since every time she saw the circus or fire she would be sent into a panic.
