Many emotions in here, its a great shot and amazing work with the manipulation.
Just with one look you can imagine a whole story behind it. Its really touching and it makes me speechless, i love this one.

The blending of the textures on the tub could be tuned up a bit. The blood on the top of her head is coming off her head. You may want to erase that. I love the concept.

agreed on the tub tuning. i think if the shading of the tub was more prominent, and the texture of was blurred, it'd look a bit better.
the blood coming off the head was intentional however. as you can see, the blood on her sides comes off as well.
