The Green Queen is the third of the Wonderland OC's in that she is based on the Queen of Clubs in the standard 52-deck of cards. As the Red Queen is a combination of the Queen of Hearts and the Red Queen, I imagine her personality as a combination of the White Queen from Alice Through the Looking Glass and a little of Debbie Reynolds (the outfit here is based on one of her Las Vegas dresses).
