I like it, was going through random dragon names on The Dragon Stone trying to find the one that belonged to him and up pops Run. I suppose thats because the poor wee dragon got confused and thought his name must be Run because thats what everyone shouts when they see him.Ok, so the sky didn't scan very well at all

I really like the pose in this one. Not only is it very cute but I just like how balanced it is. And the way you've shaded the dragon's body is just wonderful. You really captured a great sense of light.
I do think you could have echoed that same lighting in the sky by doing more of a gradient with it sort of getting lighter to right and darker to the left rather than just a solid wall of blue. Also I noticed the membranes on his wings are almost not shaded at all (When I used to draw dragons, I always had such a difficult time with wings. I haven't drawn a dragon in ages though...).
I do really like how you've used (or it appears you have) different tones in the dragon scales. If you can go back and tweak the sky and wings, this will go from a really cool piece to a totally awesome piece.

The sky died miserably, its not supposed to look like that and I don't have a clue how to fix it now other than cutting out the dragon and putting it on a stock photo maybe
The wings are shaded, probably doesn't show up because I only used one pencil instead of the three I used on the scales.

Before you try to put it on a photograph, you can try lifting out some of the color and redoing it. Usually frisket film or drafting tape work well for this but you can actually use masking tape as we (you just have to be careful because it can rip your paper if you push too hard).
Basically you put the tape down over the are where you want to remove color and then rub the tape when either a burnishing tool or your finger (or the top of a pen--the blunt side, not the part you write with). And then very carefully lift the tape from the paper. When you do, it'll remove the color from the colored pencil as well.
If you removed some of the color from right around the stars, not only would they show up better but they would also appear to have a bit of a 'glow' to them. And lightening the sky to the right would help enforce the light source that we can see by how you've shaded the dragon.
At any rate, it's worth a try.
P.S. Scanners can be really evil to colored pencils can't they? I'm sure that some of the shading was lost to the scanner...:\

I don't think it is, its all so messy, I gave up soon as it started going wrong and just finished it, I hate sky, it never works...just doesn't show so much when its pale blue.
