Station Forty One "Third Eye Gang" is located in Lower Alderney, Liberty City, on Plumbbob Ave. Station Forty One is home to Squad Forty One, Squad Support Forty One, HAZMAT One, Hazmat Support One, the Foam Tender Unit, and the Algonquin Thawing Unit. Squad Forty One is the only squad company in Alderney. Squad Support Forty One, and HAZMAT Support One can be used as a manpower transports for up to 3 department members plus a driver. HAZMAT One and HAZMAT Support One are the only two dedicated HAZMAT companies in the city, and will respond city wide as needed. The Foam Tender Unit is just a larger Foam unit, being able to carry more foam.

Squad Forty One (Shops # PFEP1839) Squad Forty One is staffed by up to: 1 FF/Engineer, 1 Lieutenant, 1 FF/Paramedic, and 3 FF/EMT's. Total normal staffing: 6 and maintains a ALS response level. Squad Forty One is set up with with three hose beds, one with 500' of 3 1/2" supply hose, one with 750' of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose, and one with 1000' of 1 3/4" attack hose. In addition to the it's hose bed, Squad Forty One carries one 150' High Rise Pack of 1 3/4" attack hose, two 10' segments of 5" hard suction hose, a 10' section of 5" large diameter supply hose, and a 100' preconnected 1 3/4" trash line on the bumper. Squad Forty One is also outfitted with two sets of forcible entry tools, one 14' roof ladder, one 24' extension ladder, two 6' pike poles, two roof hooks, one high rise nozzle, two dry chemical extinguishers, one pressurized water extinguisher, six spare SCBA bottles, hydrant tools, hose adapters and nozzles, one 300' bag of life safety rope, one 150' length of utility rope, one FAST PAK, battery powered extrication tools, one portable generator, one leak kit, battery operated hand tools, one water rescue kit, one acetylene torch, one shovel, one push broom, one 5 gallon bucket of quick absorbent, two 5 gallon containers of Class A foam solution, two 5 gallon containers of Class B foam solution, one hydrant flushing kit, cribbing, two K-12 saws, one chainsaw, five traffic cones, ten road flares, and ALS medical supplies.

Squad Support Forty One is set up to carry a man-in-machine kit (Including a battery operated sawz-all, wood wedges, soap solution, a pry bar, saline solution, a saw, steel wedges, hydraulic "clam shell" spreader, and assorted hand tools), a battery operated reciprocating saw, a rubber mat for the third rail, shovels, pipe wrenches, cribbing, one set of forcible entry tools, flotation device, thermal blankets, one POD-8 inflatable life raft, one 30 ton bottle jack, one supplied air respirator cart, ten spare SCBA bottles, scene lighting, containment vessels, detection and monitoring equipment, five traffic cones, ten road flares, four rolls of fire scene tape, and a first aid kit.
