Station Eight "Third Eye Gang" is located in Twin Peaks, Woodbury County. It is home to Hazmat Engine Eight, Heavy Rescue Eight, Foam Tender Eight, and Hazmat Support Eight. Heavy Rescue Eight carries one of the department's four sets of extrication equipment.

Hazmat Engine Eight (Shops # SP1908) Hazmat Engine Eight is staffed by up to: 1 FF/Engineer (EMT), 1 Lieutenant (Paramedic), 1 FF/Paramedic, and 1 FF/EMT Total normal staffing: 4 and maintains a ALS response level. Hazmat Engine Eight is set up with with five hose beds: one with 700' of 3 1/2" supply hose, one with 1200' of 5" large diameter supply hose, one with a combination load of 500' of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose and 250' of 1 3/4" attack hose connected by a gated wye, one with 600' of 1 3/4" attack hose, and one with 700' of 1" forestry attack hose. In addition to it's hosebed, Hazmat Engine Eight carries three 150' preconnected 1 3/4" crosslays, Two 150' high rise packs of 1 3/4" attack hose, one 150' progressive hose pack of 1" forestry attack hose, two 10' segments of 5" hard suction hose, one 15' section of 5" large diameter supply hose in the bumper. Hazmat Engine Eight is also outfitted to carry two sets of forcible entry tools, one 14' roof ladder, one 24' extension ladder, one 10' attic ladder, two pike poles, two roof hooks, two dry chemical extinguishers, one pressurized water extinguisher, one CO2 extinguisher, six spare SCBA bottles, two sets of hydrant tools, hose adapters and nozzles, one pyrolance high pressure nozzle, six personal fire survival shelters, one 300' bag of life safety rope, two rolls of fire scene tape, one salvage cover, one shovel, one push broom, three bags of quick absorbent, one hydrant flushing kit, five traffic cones, four level A HAZMAT suits, four level B HAZMAT suits, ten road flares, one PPV fan, two K-12 saws, two chainsaws, cribbing, gas monitoring devices, a thermal imaging camera, two long back boards, one stokes basket, one trauma jump bag, one oxygen jump bag, one maternity jump bag, one Lifepak, one spare M-15 oxygen cylinder, and ALS and BLS medical supplies.

Foam Tender Eight is also outfitted to carry two sets of forcible entry tools, six spare SCBA bottles, one set of hydrant tools, hose adapters and nozzles, one 300' bag of life safety rope, two rolls of fire scene tape, two salvage covers, one shovel, one push broom, one bag of quick absorbent, one hydrant flushing kit, five traffic cones, one PPV fan, gas monitoring devices, and a thermal imaging camera.

Hazmat Support Eight (Shops # FA1904) Hazmat Support Eight is staffed by up to: 2 FF/EMTs. Total normal staffing: 2 and maintains a BLS response level.
