Matakiterani: summons birds which attack the enemy
Uokes nuisance: a earthquake shakes the ground and rocks are lifted from the ground to hit a enemy

About the technique names:
Matakiterani is the name of a island. The storys of the birnd man tell, that makemake chased birds to this island because the rapanui where eating all their eggs.
Uoke is a god of another story about the easter islands. It is said that he came over the pazific ocean with a giant tree trunk. With this trunk he lifted some island and they sank in the sea. But at one point (Puko Puhipuhi) the rock was so hard that his trunk broke and he gave up... it is said that this is the reason for the shape of the easter islands.

This is my entry for sailor dwarf planets contest :3

I wanted my Sailor to look a littlebit like the tangata-manu, the bird man which is somehow the priest of the Makemake cult. Every year some guys swim to the little Island Moto Nui and try to find an egg... the chief of the one who returns first will be the bird man for the next year and communicates between the people and Makemake
It was really interesting to learn about the customs at the easter islands *meow*
