The imperial army marches, their studded boots pounding the dark, moist earth.
Horns bellow, archers rush to the ramparts as the Stormcloaks prepare for the defence of their city;
but for it is too late.
For the night before a pair of legends snuck through the damp sewers, past the traps and spiders.
They stole through the night and murdered the guards.
Ate the cheese. The wine, too.
And tonight? They swiftly sneaked pass the garrisoned army to open the gates to the waiting Imperials.
But alas upon opening the gates, they are discovered.
Stormcloaks swarm upon the duo, swinging their swords, almost baying for blood.
They make their last stand.
