Description Homer's Iliad is about the Trojan War, but actually ends before the two major events: Achilles' death and the fall of Troy. That'd be like a movie about WWII ending before D-Day and Hiroshima. Or Independence Day ending before the humans can deactivate the aliens' shields with an Earth computer virus and blow up the massive starships by targeting a ridiculously convenient weak point in their... actually, it'd probably be better if that whole entire movie got left out.

1. Nice people who are easily duped.
2. Liars (i.e. the people who duped the people above)
3. Cheaters
4. Murderers
5. Rapists, serial murders, really really bad guys
6. Technical writers
7. Actual demons.

It makes sense that Hell is meticulously micromanaged, considering that 99.999% of everyone ends up going there. Heaven is probably run with just a single clipboard.
