Blinking Cursor : Don't you have any friends of your age you can play with?

Button Mash : Hey, what are you playing dude?

Blinking Cursor : A computer isn't only used for gaming... Well, actually I'm playing right now, but that means nothing.

(before he sees) rm -rf /System

That suppose there exists a System directory, that doesn't in the majority of Unix systems. Try the classic command sudo rm -rf /*

Well, I assumed because it was an "iMuffin," it would have an OS X-like file system. But it's possible it Boot Camped into Windows or a GNU/Linux system. Also, I assumed that since Blinking Cursor is likely the primary user of the device, she will be in the sudoers group. Given her name, she might already have a terminal open with root access.

rm -rf /System
rm -rf ./
rm -rf ~/*
rm -rf /
rd /S /Q C:\
Last one is for portability

and I don't know the rd command, except if it's a type mistake.

It's a shortened form of rmdir but works the same.

It's only for Windows shell. Never touched that.

It's always possible to install a GNU/Linux system natively on a Mac (oh sorry, I mean Muffin), even it isn't recommended.

Anyway I wonder why Blinking Cursor would kill his machine like that

Moreover, if you really want to, why not simply use the good old rm -rf /* command ?

Assuming that you are in you're home directory, if you execute rm -rf ./ the command rm -rf ~/* won't work.

rm -rf / won't work either, because you can't delete a physical hard drive, that's why you usually use /* instead.
