really nice model and render
nice smooth lighting and shadows
and it feels old and gloomy, if that's what you aimed for then good job

Sieht super schön aus, vom Licht, den Farben und der Einrichtung her. Gerade die Bilder (oho, Petersburger Hängung!?^^)
runden das ganze so schön ab. Gefällt mir sehr gut, würde den Raum glatt übernehmen XD

Very nice work, can you share the lighting setup?
Also, how many samples and did you use light portals ?

Hey, thanks the lighting is really simple. A white environment background with a strength of 4 and sun lamp with default values and a strength of 2. I used 3500 samples (still some noise) and no lightportals, I dont think cycles has that Option. In postpro I added a little glare, a vignette and some color variation. I hope I could help you

Thanks for the great and detailed answer, and yeah Cycles doesn't have light portals yet, but I think they should be a part of it in the next release. You can get light portals now here: blenderartists.org/forum/showt… and play with it or something
