Description A copper and zinc electrochemical cell.

The top ark allows the flow of electrons and the lower ark acts as the salt bridge, allowing the flow of ions. The Zinc is the +ve electrode Copper the -ve, attach the wires from whatever you are connecting it to inside the top ark just make sure you get them the right way round,(electron flow is from Zinc to Copper). The central circle is for water to help maintain constant concentrations and so a constant 1.1v the text is purely for the monitoring of the concentration and in theory the process should run continuously until the circuit is broke.

Anything you want so long as you give credit and link back; if you do anything with it please send me a link I'd love to see it. Or if you meant practical applications, forgetting for a moment that alchemy only really works in FMA, then I imagine you could power a very small light bulb?

Thanks. Not a patch on your stuff though those certificates! I've never known such jealousy! How did you make them? With what? I really am very interested because they were perfect, absolutely perfect.

Thank you very much! it's nice to see that my work is appreciated!
Anyway, I took pictures of the certificate directly from the cartoon, and with that I have taken all measures, imagining that the certificate have the size of a normal A4 sheet.
I did the golden decoration at the edges of the paper with AutoCad, a professional program of technical drawing.
Then I exported it in Photoshop and added the writings. I've taken the two drawings of dragons directly from the photo of the certificate,and I've recolored what is covered by the writings.

I think it's all thanks again! (PS: sorry for my english!!)

Your english is infinitely better than my italian I assure you. I have used AutoCAD before but only in GCSE Engineering 2/3 years ago. Never thought of using that way before!
