Maybe it shouldn't be funny but it is.. The model resembles a cat with her expression and even somehow by the placement of her hair, as well as her stance.

Pretty cool, but maybe the blood is a bit overdone. Honestly, I would have loved to see her with one or two feathers in her mouth and feathers all over the ground--sort of a morbid twist on the classic tweety bird and sylvester gags. Perhaps a bit PG for what you may have been going for, though. I dunno about her expression, too. She just seems--dead. She isn't happy she ate the bird, she isn't satisfied or surprised that you caught her...she's just very static. (I don't mean to sound harsh, but you did say Advanced Critique Encouraged!

I really love this, both commercially and conceptually it really works. It almost feels as though it has too much overt digital manipulation, the windows give the medium away, but at the same time doing this gives the colours a great unified feel. I love the somewhat muted tones and I'm a huge fan of large areas of complementary colours.

This is an excellent concept, executed almost perfectly. I think the only improvement (to my taste) would be to overexposed the ourdoors slightly (about a stop - shoot at 1/00-1/80), so it is btighter then the interior, for a more natural look.
