Whoops I made another OC lol I couldn't help myself hecccName: Haruka Shibata

Birthday: December 5th
Quirk: Disseminate
Haruka must hold any object of her choosing for 5 minutes. When the object is thrown she can instantly teleport herself to wherever the object ends up at.
-She must be concentrating the entire time,if she loses concentration she could end up seriously injured or even dead.
-She can only teleport through inanimate objects
-After Teleporting she experiences severe vertigo and can pass out if shes not careful
-Other than her specially made suit she will leave any other clothes or objects on her behind once she teleports
Haruka is a pretty cool chick who loves to show of her strength and speed when she can.
She turns into a nervous blushy clumsy puddle of a person around Kyouka Jirou though(because she has a HUGE crush on her).
