Stableman of the Heartwind Estate, Daniel Rose is the closest servant to Orvalia Heartwind, and acts as her knight, even though he is simply a butler. Daniel is said to be the only human in the Heartwind estate, but his ability to stay calm and pleasant in even the most frustrating situations, question that, as does his remarkable ability to calm and control his short-tempered mistress, as well as her evenly short-tempered steed, Banshee. Human or not, he serves under (or perhaps over?) his mistress, his loyalty unquestionable.
