A commisson for my friend Gary. He plans to get it as a tattoo. What he asked for was an anime type school girl in the midst of a lot of Japanese culture imagery. After the first draft he asked that I add a cherry blossom in the back round. The commission will soon be in color but I like the line work so I wanted to post in black and white too. Sorry the edges are cut off a little bit. The color scan will be better.Related content

this is gorgeous! i never would have thought to ask if you did tattoo commissions. would you consider doing a tat commission for people you did not know well (just wanna ask bc some people might be weirded out by someone they didn't know getting their art put on their body)?

She was put in by request of the commissioner along with the cherry blossom tree. Everything else was winged at an attempt to create Japanese imagery.
