The first thing I notice is that his shoulder is off. His left shoulder is extending further than his right shoulder, and makes it look disjointed and out of place. Since he is looking behind his back, it's not really possible to really turn the neck that far, and is only possible to an extent. Try it yourself and use that to understand and practice how to proceed forward. Real life observation and studies help a lot in these cases. A bit of showing the twisting of the neck muscles and cringes on the neck portion of the attire would also show the head has turned and not like he is looking sideways with and a misplaced head. The jagged lines work nicely fits well with the image along with the background. I like that.
Overall, a nice image.
