Forgot about this xD I started this while doing Cringetobe for the blue hair prompt, found it the other day when I opened up the wrong photoshop version and thought I should finish it!

This guy is the rival/former friend of the Oil kid from my anime wasteland world building i was doing. my friend is calling him Beepo. dunno if that's best but eh. his mutant ability is to generate heat, prior to Oil kid "he needs a name to..."'s escaped his job was to heat up the refinery systems to turn the oil kids oil secretions into usable fuel for the massive mobile city they lived on!
