Her name is Jane and she is from an old cartoon show called legend or legends of treasure island. It's a cartoon daption of the book where all the characters are animals. You can find it on youtube, if you are interested.

I don't know. I'm not sure if there is a Spanish version of this show, but at least you should be able to see the Englisch version.
To find it in Spanish you probably need to know the Spanish name of the show (if it has one). Maybe you can find it out over google.
