For the Zora Magic contest at !I have no background story for this, I just wanted to draw a lion fish Zora in a headdress. XD She looks sort of priestess-y, maybe? Though that magic looks more offensive than defensive. Hmm. Maybe it's a historical re-enactment magic show. Or underwater fireworks. Or she's cleansing the lagoon of an infestation of those obnoxious skeleton fish. Ooh, I like that, let's go with that one! XD

That sure is a very pretty lady zora!
She surely may look as a blend of Laruto and a TP zora the most (I did read your'e comment about all fem zoras being refered in here thought)
Preistess is actuly what came to my mind at first and could agree that the cleansing would fit her if she now is a preistess X3
great work on the outline and the colors,the small details is nicely done too!
Hopefuly there may be a chance there will be a return of this zora to be seen in another pic again perhaps? :3

very interesting concept,She Reminds me Β abit of Rutela and Laruto somehow I think your design of her is nice and beautiful,& I like how you made the magic effect it looks like thunder.~ :3 You capture well the pose wich show that she isΒ concentrated when she use the magic. and the water backround is nicely done too!

I figured since Zora Link uses magic for his electricity, it must be an integral part of Zora magic, so in it went! In addition to Rutela and Laruto, there's a bit of Lulu and Ruto in there, too⦠I felt like referencing all the Zora girls.
