Because Elita-one and her pre rebuilt counterpart Ariel have the same voice actress
as Synergy and Jerrica/Jem.

I have customs of most of the G1 female Transformers. The only ones I'm missing yet are Nancy, the Paradron Medics, Vibes, Minerva, and some of the other Japanese only femmes, such as Esmeryl. [link]
