Nice!!! But the technique need some improvement . I like the hair , you got to be more accurate on the lips zoom more if you have to , also this wall texture going way off the face and you can see it on the jacket just erase this thing . I love the perspective and the idea.
Oh and one more thing if you want to look at this tutorial [link] it might help you for adding texture on face.

you just need to know how to use it haha for example, to change eye colors all you have to do is create a new layer, color the eye any solid color (on the new layer) and on the side (if you use CS2 to like me) there would be an option to make the layer overlay and voila you have a new colored eye x) it's quite hard to do on brown eyes though

i wanna see it after you try!! :3 OH and if you wanna add some shine to it go on the bottom layer (the original picture) and use the dodge tool and create a couple rounded lines on it ^^ makes the eyes look suuuuper pretty
