Description
A little more spring cleaning--I painted this back in March as a double-spread illustration for the upcoming HEAT Vol. 6 from Sofawolf Press. It's intended to accompany the poem, "Sated" by Frost wolf, hence lots of empty space. :][link]

You are truly an amazing artist. The expression depicted in the wolf's eyes is so precise, and I love the delicacy of the lighting around the mouth. The texture of the fur is unreal... The intricacy of the entire piece just shows how great you are. That stag better watch out - that wolf's stance means trouble!!
