I love him! Both the expression, that you have nailed sooo much, and sheezes, the fluffiness of him, with those relatively simple lines and shapes - I always get caught up in endless shading and overdetailing when doing cats. Need practice. Lots of it.
I might even masterstudy this one - if you don't mind, of course.

(if he is anything like ours was, he is plotting to pee on the carpet to punish us for giving him wetfood with rabbit. She made things very clear. :-/ )

(Well, we're laughing too - now! The situation developed as follows: nose in bowl; freeze; look up, looking us straight in the eye, for several seconds; walking strongly and purposefully to living room (actually, so purposefully that my husband and I stopped in our tracks to watch, in wtf?!-mode); walk to carpet, turn round and look us straight in the eye again, for several seconds; still staring straight at us: quick movement of squat, pee on carpet, spurt off at incredible speed to hide under bed (because she knew trouble would come ). I have never seen a cat act so deliberately at any other time.
We never gave her wetfood with rabbit again.

Yay for the photoshop pen tool, for it is holy and we shall bow before it.

( Wow. That was some full though-out vengeance right there. I guess it's more like the cats are training us and not the other way around.)
