So easy, beautiful girl smiling as she holds a pile of weight plates (how heavy are these? They look somewhere like 150kg in total), like a pile of light plastic dinner plates as she easily moves the level of her hand lifting up and letting down the heavy pile......then to demonstrate more she tosses them into the air and catches them several times, then.......a couple fall off.......the gasps of everybody watching as they fall on her head is met with a huge grin as these weights harmlessly bounce off and onto the reinforced floor with a crash. She casually bends down and picks them up, you could actually see the dents in them when they hit her head and if you looked closely at the weights you could even see a hairline fracture in one of them.....great picture.
