it is... the warrior! *cold wind blows*anyway. more collaboration with t3h Shaunx0rZ. as usual, he did the pencils, i did the colors and photoshoppery.

I think you did a swell job coloring this, especially with the lighting effects. However, I'd like to point out that where her shadows stars, behind her, you might've wanted to show a bit more grass texture, as even though there's a shadow, there still should be grass. Unless of course the grass was supposed to have stopped... Also I really love the bottom portion of the piece, I think with the way you colored it, it does the drawing justice. I also think that you could've done a bit more with the top portion.

hey, thanks for the constructive critcism.. it's flattering to know that somebody had these opinions and took time out to tell me.
hmm... maybe i didn't get the message i was getting at well enough. i was playing on the whole ending theme, seeing as my friend's comic is called 'Endrealm'. if you look closely, you'll find that there is grass behind her.. but not very far. it was all the original sketch had. [link] i could have added grass but i chose not to, and instead gave the girl a whole 'edge of existence' vibe going... the colors fade after the girl, which also explains why the top area is pretty much detail-less.
so, erm. yeah. that was why the image looks like it does. everything was quite deliberate. but i suppose it's not enough, yet.
