I like the movement some collision with the beads , strength of separate beads. The delicacy shown. Good hand...

It amazes me at times how fragile the stone becomes.

Yes love the challenge of keeping a piece together.

That's very well done. You've succeeded in capturing the motion of liquid in stone. I'd like to see it with a coin or a pencil or something in the shot for scale.

Thank you. It's a little taller than a typical coca cola can. Does that give you an idea of the size?

Yes, thank you. Very exacting work then at that scale.

nice round shape and I'd say you hit the perfect shape for a small splash.
that whole thing looks like something perfect to keep a piece of soap on the sink... (if only most people hadn't changed to liquid soap dispensers you might make some money by selling the design to a bathroom supply company)

haha, it would be nice to sell the design for mass reproduction. It is actually large enough for a medium size bowl to keep on a coffee table for small decorative articles or to throw your keys an wallet in. Thanks for the compliment.

Like many others, the first time I saw this I thought it was a computer render. Then my mind, wanting to make sense of the reality, went straight to sculpy and the like.
Nope. You carved this out of freaking CHLORITE. You monster.
I sculpted a similar form out of balcones white clay, and getting those thin areas where the drops are about to separate was definitely tough. At least I could reform them if they broke, though. Knowing how difficult that was makes this even more amazing, because once stone is broken, it's broken. Absolutely amazing, as is the rest of your gallery. You are a phenomenal sculptor.

Amazing. I have a friend who does stone sculptors that I have to show this to.
What kind of tools did you use to craft this?
