Another Alternate design for The Riddler in the Batman cartoon. Not completely sure what to say about this one...aside from him being short, the face gives me for some reason a Frank Gorshin vibe...not completely sure why...The Riddler belongs to DC comics.

You think this short design was the 'physically inept but relies on mental prowess' route for Riddler? And do you also suspect this is how Cluemaster got his short-stacked henchmen?

At least Goth Riddler is more accepted. He's still recognizable enough and at least has the right gear and MO.
