As far as I understood from my Italian FB group, in the 1990s TV show he was "turned into" a Scottish as there were problems between South Africa and Scotland, in that period, or something like that Β

Maybe Glomgold's parents were from Scottland and they moved down to Africa because half of Africa is populated with people who were burn of European decent.
What I'm guessing is that Flintheart Glomgold was born down there Image him looking at that ancestry dna program and looking up his family tree.
