"Hex Toad"

CLASS: Bioconstruct

Created as a training opponent and experimental subject for schools of the psionic arts, this monster converts organic compounds from its incredibly varied diet into raw psychic energy with a seemingly infinite array of effects. In its massive "stomach-brain", a handful of everyday garbage can become anything from a telekinetic firestorm to a mutagenic virus. It takes pride in its abilities, despite having zero control over them, and may become even more dangerous and unpredictable if it feels insulted.

ART STUFF:

I know I already named a monster "shearsome", but that's a play on FEARSOME. This is a play on GRUESOME, so there.

The earliest design for this monster was actually a faceless metal pot full of zombie arms that walked around on striped socks. At the last minute I thought a giant toad would be even witchier. It's actually part of a trio with Jennyvex (a witch umbrella monster, check my older uploads) and Bagayaba (a monster I have yet to re-draw, but it's on my list)
