Celebrating the year of the horse(s)! This was done entirely with my finger on my laptop's touchpad, since my tablet and main computer are temporarily out of commission. Hooray for no pressure sensitivity!
In the zodiac, the horse and the rat are apparently mortal enemies, so I figured I'd pit them against each other. We also have some rotund pegasi and a unicorn in the back for some extra oomph. Happy New Year's everyone!

Ah, its a game called osu! it's a super addictive rhythm game, you should try it ^^ Though I wouldn't recommend touchpad because it's extremely hard to play well with it >.< You can check out my latest journal xp

Oh! Osu! I've read a couple of your journal entries which have mentioned it now and then throughout the past year. Rave also briefly told me about it as well! Haha I don't think I could handle anything that addictive at the moment! It sounds super fun though. I think I'd end up just playing it all day since I have no self control. XD Definitely over the summer though, it'll be something to think about though!

Those rats are so huppy and they are about to get their day ruined! I also like how the unicorn is going to save the day somewhere.This is a fun piece and actually feels like it has depth as well, so bravo! Huppy almost New Year's!

Don't worry! See how unhuppy those horses are? By making the rats unhuppy, the horses will become huppy! Look! There's 7 horses and only 2 rats! Surely the majority wins and this shall be most beneficial in this horseyratty society of justice and light!
Ah yes, the flying rainbow unicorn is going to save the day. You see, his cousins, the taco unicorns, have been mercilessly slaughtered and desecrated on their sacred land with slimy slingshots! Such shame! Tsk tsk! Go flying triangle rainbow unicorn, we believe in you! Save the day! Cut some tails!
And thankies! Finger power works its magic again! I actually have two other pieces ready for the next week and the week after. The finger really is a lot faster than the tablet as I did all three pieces in the same span of time it would take me to do half a piece of similar quality. A shame the finger can't do more detailed work and pressure sensitivity though, so it is limited in that sense. How have your drawing endeavors been, now that your tablet is functioning again? Also I replied to your dA note with a letter so hopefully that will arrive in 2-3 days!

So if the horseys hit the rats would it be more horse, rat, or just sort of horserattish? Like... you know? Horserattish... Why do I hear so many crickets?
As far as the drawing goes, while I finally have things fixed, it still bugs out on occasion. Also, it was somewhat busy this past weekend so I've only really had a chance to start drawing again tonight, which was mostly getting back into a flow. Hopefully something soon!

Well good sir, if the horses hit on the rats, they'll get together and have quite a spicy relationship. I mean, that's how all horserattish relationships are right? It's got quite a kick to it! And silly, those aren't crickets! Those are BEARS!! Taco bears!! I thought we went to a seminar analyzing the howling pitches of the taco bears. How could you possibly forget already?
That's good to hear that you're starting to get back into the flow! I think that's probably the hardest part, just getting started all over again. Add oil!
