My Character Cas (Caspain) Probably my favorite to draw, the others in the picture are his best friend Otto the octopus, A seahorse named Ann, and a fish named Rose (( I came up with the last name on the spot XD ))Cas is a male water nymph and is quite shy but very friendly most of his friends are fish but his best friends, besides Otto, are a wizard named Ky (Kyle) and a telekinetic Β Del (Delilah)~
On this piece of art I used Shady pens (Alcohol based markers) and than colored over it with regular color pencils~

Vision: I can never explain how I choose the rating for this, But I can say you did very good. Hope that will suffice.
Originality: Well I have to say I can't really judge this too much because I know so little about hid personality to judge whether he's original or not, so I have to more judge the ART. And when it's art of an OC that isn't the best judge. So don't take this rate too seriously.
Technique: I really like how this was done, and the shading is perfectly executed. I can't say that much hear because I've never done art like this so have no idea How it's done making it hard for me to offer any suggestions...
Impact: Now here I can say something. XD The deep purple you chose for the background is a great back drop for the pinks of the sea critters and the light blue of his hair, also darkening around the edges makes your eye be drawn to it all the more.
All in all It's a great piece! ^^
