She hardly looks random, but comes across as a determined lover.  The eyes give the impression of purity of heart and purpose.  The shadow circles on her give the impression of dirt or bruises, though that's clearly not what they are, which makes her look to me like someone who's done a lot of work and has a lot of dedication and resolve.  Her poise gives the impression of someone who is mentally and emotionally stable, so not a stalker with a crush or a psychopath.
